Terms of Service

Effective January 31, 2025

1. Service Description

HTML Pub (“htmlpub.com”, “we”, “our”) is a hosting service that allows users to publish HTML content at unique URLs. You paste or upload HTML and we serve it as-is at a public link.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HTML Pub to host content that:

  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative in nature
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious scripts
  • Facilitates phishing, fraud, or impersonation of another person or entity
  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
  • Promotes violence, harassment, or hate speech

3. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you publish through HTML Pub. We serve your HTML as-is and do not modify, filter, or review content before publication. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and any consequences of making it publicly available.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these terms.

5. Service Limits

Free accounts are subject to page limits and content expiration. Paid plans offer higher limits as described on our pricing page. We may change plan features and limits at any time.

6. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

All payments are final and non-refundable. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

7. No Warranty

HTML Pub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTML Pub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of HTML Pub after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
